Facilitation is mostly preparation. We agree the outcome you need, design the session to reach it, and run the room so participants do the work and leave with something decided or understood. When a group spans Italian and English, we hold both without losing the thread.

- Schools, NGOs, associations, public bodies, and companies — coordinators and program officers who need a workshop, discussion, or working session to actually produce a result.
