Yoga & Wellbeing in Schools
For schools that want a calm, structured movement hour during term time — delivered by a qualified teacher, in Italian, English, or both.
Schools ask us for this more than anything else. Children spend long days sitting; teachers see the restlessness and the tired afternoons. A regular movement and wellbeing hour changes the texture of the week — but only if it's run by someone who can hold a class, not just demonstrate poses. Ours are run by a qualified teacher with yoga teacher training, in the school's own spaces, during the school day.
- Who is this for?
- Primary and secondary schools that want movement, yoga, or wellbeing sessions as a steady part of term time — for whole classes, year groups, or after-school slots.
- What problem does it solve?
- Teachers know their classes need this and don't have the training or the hours to deliver it. We bring a planned session, a qualified deliverer, and the classroom management to make it work with real groups — including the child who won't join in at first.
- What do we deliver?
- A recurring session — weekly or fortnightly — planned around the school's spaces and schedule. Age-appropriate movement and breathing work, quiet time children actually settle into, and a consistent structure so classes know what to expect. Optionally delivered in English, so the hour doubles as gentle language exposure.
- Formats
- Term-length blocks (recommended), single-term trials, project weeks, and teacher-facing sessions. In the gym, classroom, or outside when weather allows. Italian, English, or both.
- What it looks like in practice
- A class teacher stays present; we handle the hour. Sessions start and end the same way every time — that predictability is what makes the calm real. No equipment needed beyond mats, which we can discuss providing.
- How to start
- Tell us the school, the ages, and the slot you have in mind. We'll propose a term plan you can review. Start on the contact page — a WhatsApp message is fine.
